Processing & Delivery

Multiple Packages

To ensure prompt delivery, items in a single order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation with a unique tracking link for each package dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, delivery destination, and selected service level. Any free shipping promotions apply to the total order value at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase. Palm & Pine Coffee is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an item arrives damaged during transit, notify info@palmandpinecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement.
