Sourced from the fertile Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, Indonesia (1,200–1,600 MASL), this single-origin Bali Blue Medium/Dark Roast Coffee offers a deeply complex, full-bodied cup with a exceptionally clean finish.

Cultivated in rich volcanic loam soil by smallholder farmers organized through Subak Abian—a traditional Balinese farming structure—each cherry is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried in two steps on raised beds. A blend of Bourbon, Typica (S795 & USDA 762), and Catimor varietals, this roast delivers rich notes of bittersweet baker's chocolate, vibrant orange peel, subtle juniper, and dark molasses.
